Company MD George Mott opened his first retail shop in Brampton, Cumbria in February 1990. The business expanded quickly with a growing demand for domestic carpets as well as contract flooring work. The move to larger premises soon became necessary in order to afford George and his retail and fitting teams greater display and storage facilities.

The company now occupies extensive premises on the edge of Brampton with some 2,600 square feet of retail and storage space.

In addition to George's key role in estimating and fitting, his wife June acts as Company Director in running the day-to-day business and employs 2 shop assistants and a team of 6 full-time carpet fitters who manage their workload using 4 vehicles. To assist in the handling of any extra or specialist work, we also have at our disposal experienced, sub-contracted carpet and hard floor fitters, all experts in their field.

All fitters have CSCS qualification cards and are fully equipped with personal protective equipment. For the third year running we have achieved CHAS and Constructionline accreditation.
